Everything physical in this store is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse — when you order, your item goes into production with our print partner, and that takes 2–5 business days before it ships.
Estimated delivery after production:
- United States: 3–8 business days
- United Kingdom and Europe: 3–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–21 business days
Digital downloads (like the cookbook) skip all of this — the download link lands in your inbox seconds after checkout. No shipping, no waiting, no customs officer.
You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number the moment it ships. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages from separate facilities — that's normal, not a missing order.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Any customs or import duties on international orders are set by your country, not by us, and are the buyer's responsibility.
If your tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, email us and we'll chase it down.
