Refund policy

Every item is printed just for you when you order it, so we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection — please check the size chart on the listing before ordering.

But if anything arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or simply not what you ordered, we'll make it right. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. No need to ship anything back.

If your order never arrives and tracking confirms it's lost, same deal: replacement or refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under local consumer law, including statutory rights in the EU and UK.

Digital products (PDF downloads) are delivered instantly and can't be returned, but if a file is broken or you can't access it, email us and we'll fix it.
